Admin-side capabilities

The article helps both Falcony users and support team to check who can handle administrative tasks.

In situations where we have already built interface for customers to handle the tasks themselves, we generally direct them to handle changes themselves. This is important for two reasons:

  • With simple tasks, it's generally much faster for users to do it themselves.

  • For data protection and security reasons, we can only make changes when we have verified that it's the admin user who is asking for the change.
