Sending an announcement

Instructions for sending newsletters and bulletins to tenants

Before sending a newsletter, make sure you are in the correct place view.

You can send a bulletin under "Create New" -> "Tenant Announcements". You can now select the appropriate bulletin type "Tenant newsletter", "Renovation announcement", etc. to directly send an announcement to the entire property, a specific building or a specific tenant. To select only specific recipients for the announcement, select "Targeted announcement":

The title field will be shown as the heading of the email:

From the place you select your target for the announcement, f.e. the entire property, a specific building or a only specific tenant:

Then write the content of the announcement in free text and add attachments / pictures if you wish:

You can check that the list of recipients includes all relevant tenants by clicking on it:

Finally, when the announcement is ready, just press Send observation:

The persons in the participant list will then receive an email of the announcement.

If the announcements have also been connected in the publicly open portal view, it will also appear there in the bulletin board view:
