Tried to open Falcony but got troubleshooting message "Your administration has restricted access to Samsung internet"
Your own company administrations has denied access through Samsung internet.
You can solve it by using different browser like Chrome or else check with your own administration support.
Hups! there was a problem which we couldn't process.
There is most likely a problem with the server which is why you got the troubleshoot.
Try to refresh the browser and try again, if it's not solved please contact our support.
Unexpected issue while saving this audit
Our team has been notified and they are investigating the reason for the error at the moment. Once the the reason is found you will be notified and informed that our team is trying to find a fix so that it does not happen again. In the meantime, you can try refreshing the page and then pressing the Retry button in the popup dialog.
Note! If you cannot see the error dialog it means the audit is completed and you need to do the following:
1. Go to Audits and open the audit# which you were trying to complete.
2. In the top right corner, open the "triple-dot" menu and select "Edit". A dialog should pop up to confirm that you want to edit the audit. Click "Edit audit".
3. The app should now start syncing.
Also the same error may appear again multiple times, but just tap the "Retry" button each time. If that does not help, send us another screenshot from the error dialog with the "Technical details" expanded. That will help us investigate issue better.
The signed in user "support@falcony.io" is not assigned to a role for the application
this looks to be an issue at your end. Your IT should assign a role for the user for the application (Falcony Reporting ) in your AD.
No categories or templates to create with
If you see this note when logging in, it means that you organization's administration hasn't set any templates, roles or categories to your username. To fix this follow the instructions and contact your organization's administration.
CSRF Error 400 Bad Request: The CSRF session token is missing
Make sure that your trying to log in at app.falcony.io. Refreshing the page should also solve the problem.
Falcony is configured to block users unless they are specifically granted
As per the error message the problem is related to your organizations internal access rights. You have to contact your own support department regarding this problem so that the administrator can grant you access.
