Editing other people's published audits

This article explains how to edit submitted audits that others did

In addition to being to able to edit your own submitted audit, you can also edit someone else's published audit if you have access rights to do so.

When a published audit is being edited there will be a note in the audit report page indicating that the audit is being edited and also who is editing it.

The audit results are hidden for others until the editing is completed.

Once the audit is submitted the results with updated answers will show up again in the audit report page, and the editors name will be added to the authors list in the audit header information.

Note! Only one user can be editing an audit at a time.

How to edit published audits:

  1. Go to published audits by clicking "Audits" on the left navigation menu

  2. Open the audit you want to edit by clicking on it

  3. Click on the three dots on the top right corner and select edit:

  4. People who can view published audits can see that you are editing the audit:

  5. Edit the audit and submit it.
