The tenant guide refers to the pelsu.fi service. The tenant guide is readable to anyone without logging in to the pelsu.fi service, but only logged in users may edit the tenant guide. In order to edit the user guide, you must have user credentials for the service. If you do not have a login, you can request credentials from the main user of the tenant portal or contact our customer support: support@falcony.io. Falcony customer support does not provide credentials for tenant portals without the approval of the organisation's main user.
When you have a login to the pelsu.fi service, you will receive an email with instructions for creating a password. Once you've created your password, you're ready to log in using this link and start updating the user guide. If you have forgotten your password, you can order yourself a new password from the login page under the link "Did you forget your password?" You can find more instructions for editing the user guide here.
Note! Accounts created on the tenant portal, i.e. on the Falcony side, do not work in the pelsu.fi service used for the user guide. You must therefore create separate accounts for both services.
