The tenant guide works on the pelsu.fi service. In addition to the tenant guide, the tenant portal has other important information behind various buttons, for example the rescue plan, maintenance requests, etc. You can manage these buttons in the pelsu.fi service.
First, log in to pelsu.fi, you can find instructions for logging in here. When you are logged in, you will see the Administration button from the menu at the top of the page. If you don't see that menu, contact our customer support: support@falcony.io. Click Administration, and then select Personalizations from the dropdown menu. From here you can select the property whose page you are editing.
At the bottom of the page that opens, within the section Buttons for rescue plan front page, you will find at the very end a button for +Add front page button. By pressing this, you can add the front page buttons you want.
How to fill in the button information
Text: Name of the button, e.g. Tenant Contact Portal
Icon: Select the desired icon for the button
Link: Add here the URL you want the button to lead to
OR
File: Add here the file you want the button to open
Open: Choose whether you want the link/file to open in the same tab or in a new tab
With the arrows next to the Icon field you can rearrange the buttons in the order you want. You can remove the button you want from the front page by pressing the cross.
Finally, remember to save the changes you made as a page pressing the save button at the bottom.
Now you can go back to the front page of the portal to see the new front page buttons.
