You can change the security level of the tenant portal by first logging in to the pelsu.fi service and then opening the desired tenant portal. After that, select the "Edit" button from the buttons on the front page. If that button does not appear on your home page, please contact our customer support: support@falcony.io.
After selecting the "Edit" button, the "Basic information" view opens. In the view, click on the "General information" heading to see the different protection levels. After that, choose the level of protection you want.
Protection levels
Private
If you choose this option, the tenant portal can only be read by users who have been given read access separately.
Password
If you select this option, only users who know the password set separately for the tenant portal can read the tenant portal. You can set the desired password by first selecting the "Password" option, after which you can enter the desired password for the portal in the "Reading password" field.
Public
If you select this option, the tenant portal can be read by all users who know the portal address. However, the tenant portal cannot be found using search engines, so the user needs the portal address to read it.
