Skedda (https://www.skedda.com/) is one of the simplest space scheduling solutions in the market offering also a free tier for sites with less than five bookable spaces. As Falcony Tenant Portal doesn't offer a meeting space management solution, an integration with existing solution helps a lot of our customers.

If you don't have an account created yet with Skedda, set up a free account and add the spaces that are available for bookings for your tenants. Check more of how to set up Skedda here: https://support.skedda.com/en/. Once you've created the spaces you should have a Calendar view like this where tenants can see the availability of the spaces:

Now simply copy the URL-link at the browser and go to your Tenant Portal front page. First navigate to "Personalizations" tab. (If you don't have access to it, you can request admin rights from support@falcony.io).

Open the Personalization of the site where you want to add the Meeting Space Calendar link. Go all the way to the bottom of the page and press "Add front page button". Add a text that you want to show as the button, pick a feasible icon and paste the copied link. We recommend to choose "Open new tab" as Skedda is an external system and users have then easier way to navigate back to tenant portal front page.
