Linking Tenant Portal to Tenant's own intranet

This article helps to explain how tenant portals can be linked with intranets.

Sometimes especially bigger tenants have their own intranets and from their perspective it doesn't make sense to complicate things with multiple communication channels.

However, in buildings where there are multiple tenants, individual intranets of tenants rarely serve all tenants, even if the lobby services was under a single tenant's contract.

Since the tenant portal comes with an open link where any building user can access it, that link can easily be embedded into the intranet:

Besides this, the tenants announcements always come as their own email notifications from the portal, which helps the HR and Communications Specialists of the tenants to forward or post the news in their own Intranets.
