The BI tool integration is created by giving the customer access to the analytics database, where they can see all of the data of their organization. This database connection can then be used with a BI-tool, or any other tool that supports SQL database connections.
The BI-integration is an add-on feature which you can request to be added to your Falcony subscription plan and it will be invoiced as per the agreement.
Once the BI-tool is activated, your IT can create the credentials from Administration -> BI Database section
Things to take into account with BI-integration
The database connection do NOT include anything else but the connection (e.g. creation of graphs or other consulting work)
Establishing a connection to a PostgreSQL database needs someone with expertise
Firewall issues prevent the database to connection to work
