How to assign and delete scheduled audits.
Only admins can assign or delete scheduled audits
When creating a schedule with multiple places, the scheduled audits will be assigned based on default assignees. Sometimes this means the schedule will create audits without assignees due to missing configuration for default assignees.
Scheduled audits that do not have an assignee will not get conducted. These audits are highlighted in the Scheduled audits table. For the audit to be conducted, an administrator should manually assign the audit in the Scheduled audits table or the Scheduled audit page.
Admins are also able to delete single upcoming scheduled audits if they are unnecessary. The deletion of a scheduled audit can be done in the Scheduled audits table.
Working on a scheduled audit
How to work on scheduled audits assigned to you.
You can see the scheduled audits that you can conduct, i.e. audits that are open and that are assigned to you, in the Audits assigned to your section on the Home page.
You can see all upcoming, open, and ongoing scheduled audits assigned to you in the table under Schedules β Scheduled audits. An upcoming audit is an audit that can not yet be started. An open audit is an audit that can be conducted but none of the assignees have yet started it. An ongoing audit is an audit that one of the assignees has started.
A scheduled audit can be assigned to multiple users. However, only one of the assignees, that is the first assignee that starts the audit, can conduct the audit.
A scheduled audit must be started before its due date. Otherwise, the scheduled audit will become missed and it cannot be conducted anymore. Once the audit has been started, it can be completed also after the due date.
You will receive an email notification each time a scheduled audit assigned to you opens for auditing.
You can disable these emails from Settings β Notifications β Scheduled audits β Receive reminders of scheduled audits.
