  • Audit schedules allow you to automate the creation of recurring audits and to assign them to your team members.

  • Audit schedules can be set to create audits only one time, or to repeat based on an interval.

  • Audit schedule creates scheduled audits. These scheduled audits have a due date by which the audit has to be started. If the audit is not started by the due date, it will be missed.

  • A scheduled audit can be conducted by one of its assignees. If the scheduled audit does not have an assignee, it won’t get conducted.

  • Repeating schedules

You can set different repeating schedules for your audits. Go to Schedules panel and click Plus button on the upper right corner of the page. Scroll down the form to see Time section.

    • Options for repeating the audit: Every week, Every month, Every quarter & Every year

    • Start date: The date when the first scheduled audits will open for auditing

    • End repeat:

      • Never: the schedule will create audits infinitely

      • On date: the schedule stops creating audits on this date

    • Each scheduled audit opens for auditing at the start of the repetition interval. Similarly, each audit is due at the end of the repetition interval. For example, a monthly schedule set to start on Feb 1 will create scheduled audits that open for auditing Feb 1, and are due on Mar 1.

  • One time schedules

    • Start date: The date when the scheduled audits will open for auditing.

    • Due date: The date by which the scheduled audits will need to be started before they are considered missed.

    • A one time schedule will create scheduled audits just one time
