This article describes how you can create, edit and delete audit schedules. Note that you need to be an administrator to manage schedules.
Create
Go to the Schedules section and switch to the Manage tab.
2. Press the plus button in the upper right corner of the page. This will open a new schedule form
3. Fill in the schedule form:
Title: Add the title to your audit schedule
Template. Which audit template is used for the audits created by the schedule
Places. If you select all places or places by place tags, you can see the matching places listed in the Preview sidebar.
Assignees
If more than one assignee is selected, one of the assignees needs to complete the audit
If more than one place is selected, default assignees are being used to assign the scheduled audits. See Default assignee article for more information regarding setting up default assignees.
If only one place has been selected, you can also select assignees explicitly or you can use the default assignees. You can pick the assignees from the users who have the permission to create audits with the selected template and place.
Time. See What are schedules article for description on how to configure the schedule Time section.
4. Look at the preview sidebar on the right to see an overview of how the scheduled audits will be assigned by places and how they will repeat.
5. If all looks good, click Save and activate to create the schedule.
6. Once the schedule has been activated, the scheduled audits will be created. The assignees will receive emails of scheduled audits once they open for auditing.
Edit
Editing a schedule works similarly to schedule creation when the schedule has not been started. Go to the Schedules section and switch to the Manage tab. Click the Title of the schedule you would like to edit. The schedule opens for editing.
A schedule is considered started when it has ongoing, completed or missed audits, meaning someone is already working on it.
If the schedule has been started, the editing is limited to the Title field only.
Delete/Archive
A schedule can be deleted from the Manage table, or the schedule edit page. Deleting the schedule will also delete all scheduled audits.
If the schedule has been started, the schedule cannot be deleted anymore. Instead, the schedule can be archived. Archiving the schedule will prevent future repetitions, and suspend reminder emails. Ongoing audits can still be conducted normally.
An archived schedule can be restored. Restoring will resume future repetitions, and reminder emails.
