The CSV format settings:
- Encoding: UTF8
- Field separator(delimiter): Either semicolon(;) or comma(,)
- Text qualifier: Quotation mark(")
The CSV must have column named key which is the text shown when the given data source item is shown in the select field inside Falcony. The data source items are free-text searchable based on this value. This field may have up to 3 lines of text and supports markdown's **bold** and _italics_ formatting.
All other columns are stored internally but now shown in the question form. This data may be accessed either via BI database access, or in generated answers.
