In this article we will look into how to manage your own user profile in Falcony. You can always change your own name, phone number and job title from the Settings page, while changing your email address may be restricted in some cases.
Change your name, phone number and job title
Start by navigating to the Settings page in Falcony.
You are able to change your First name, Last name, Phone number and Job from here, and the changes will be saved immediately when pressing Save changes. Your organization's admin users are also able to change these settings on your behalf.
Change your email address
You can also change your email address from the Settings page, as long as there are no restrictions preventing you from doing so. The most common restriction is if your account uses single sign-on (SSO) for user authentication.
If no such restriction exists, you will see a Change email button on the Settings page.
Click this to add your new email address. We will send a confirmation email to it, and once you have confirmed your email by clicking the confirmation link in the message, your profile will be updated with the new email address.
Please note that only you have access to change your own email address, admin users cannot change this on your behalf.
