Additionally to the standard Observation list, you can also select Observation table to view your observations in a table view by clicking the button on the top of the page.
You can edit what items you would like to see in each column by clicking Edit columns. It is possible to add columns for most data fields (observation URL, attachments, participants, place tags, specific questions, to name a few).
Each column can also be individually filtered as well, giving you extensive filtering options. As an example, you can look for a specific observation type, made during the month of March, that contains attachments and contains a specific word or phrase in the description.
You can also export the entire table to excel if needed by clicking Export to Excel.
