If you're encountering issues while using Falcony, our support team may request diagnostic data to better understand and resolve the problem. Please follow the steps below to send us this information:
Access the diagnostics page
On the device and browser where you're experiencing the issue, go to the Falcony diagnostics page. Here, you'll be able to see if there are any unsaved changes stored locally on your device and confirm which user account you're currently logged into.
βDownload the diagnostic data
Under the Download diagnostics section, click the Download button. This will save a.jsonfile containing the diagnostic data to your device.
βSend the file to support
You can send the.jsonfile to our support team in one of two ways:Via chat: Start a chat with our support team and attach the file to your message.
Via email: Send an email with the file attached to support@falcony.io.
Once we receive the file, our team will review the data and get back to you as soon as possible.
