Favorite Rooms
As a staff member, you can choose which rooms you would like to receive messages and notifications from by marking them as favorites. A favorite room is shown with a star icon in your overview:
When you are assigned to a room, it will automatically be marked as your favorite. This means you will automatically receive notifications and messages from that room.
Mark or Unmark a Room as a Favorite
You can also manually choose to favorite or unfavorite other rooms.
To do this:
Go to your room overview
Tap on the room you'd like to favorite or unfavorite
Tap the star icon in the top right corner
A grey star means the room is not a favorite:
Selecting the star will turn it yellow, which means the room is now a favorite:
You will then receive all notifications and messages from that Room. To remove a room from your favorites, just tap the yellow star again to turn it grey.
💡 Marking a Room as a favorite also allows you to send Newsfeed posts from that room, as long as you have permission to do so
