Pricing groups are used to create pricing segmentation (most commonly by age) across your Packages, Fees and Sessions.

What's a Pricing Group?

You can set prices for the Packages, Fees and Sessions at your site, based on a child's age. By setting up rules for automatic changes, the app can make sure that you always charge the right prices.

Create a Pricing Group

To set up a Pricing Group:

  • ⚙️ Settings → Finances → Pricing groups

  • Enter the names of your pricing bands here (e.g. Infants, Toddlers, 36+), or create one (e.g. called ALL or All Children)

Delete a Pricing Group

Deleting pricing groups can get a little tricky - children won't automatically be moved to another pricing group, so you will have to do this manually in their plans. We recommend moving children to another pricing group (or creating a new one to replace the one your wish to delete) before deleting the old pricing group.

If you have created Pricing advance rules, make sure to update these with your new pricing group as well.
