Getting ready to send invoices shouldn’t feel like a scavenger hunt. Managing billing across different areas can be tricky, so we’ve made changes to streamline the process and make it easier for you to get paid.

These updates are for anyone who wants to save time, reduce errors, and feel confident managing billing. By improving the Finance Overview, Plan Builder, and Billing Settings, we’ve made handling billing tasks simpler and more intuitive. Let’s walk you through what’s new and why it matters.

What’s New?

Upcoming Invoices, Organized by Child

👉 Where: Finance Overview

Your go-to place for a clear, high-level view of your billing operations. It’s designed to give you just what you need to stay on top of things effortlessly. With intuitive insights and a streamlined overview, you can see what’s coming, address potential issues early, and feel confident managing your billing every step of the way.

  • See upcoming invoices by child at a glance

  • Get actionable insights to manage invoices effortlessly

  • Transparent error handling: we’ll flag issues and guide you on how to fix them

Simplified Plan Builder

👉 Where: Finance Overview > Add Plan

Creating and managing billing plans just got easier. A billing plan outlines a child’s expected attendance and specifies what payers will be billed for on a recurring basis. With our updates, it’s now simpler than ever to set up and manage these plans seamlessly.

  • Build plans for multiple children quickly

  • Handle proration seamlessly

  • Save time with reusable templates

  • Add, edit, or override tuitions, fees, and discounts whenever you need to

Smarter Billing Settings

👉 Where: Settings > Billing > Billing Basics

We’ve redesigned billing settings to give you more flexibility and control. Now, you can configure key settings—like billing frequencies, invoice periods, and due dates—whether or not auto-billing is enabled.

Think of auto-billing as an optional extra: it’s there for when you’re ready to automate sending invoices, but you’re in full control of when to turn it on.

  • Know exactly what’s coming with clear, accurate invoice calculations—no surprises here.

  • Get reminders for when and which invoices need to go out, so nothing slips through the cracks

  • Turn on auto-billing whenever you’re ready to let us take care of it for you
