In-app chat

The best way to connect with Famly is in-app, via the ? question mark icon.

💡 You access our dedicated US Customer Support team via the chat. We recommend this as your fastest form of response, as our Help Center will present recommended articles that often answer questions immediately. In addition, a team of individuals is attending to incoming requests, and will respond with first available support.

From mobile, find the Help and support icon from your navigation hamburger icon found bottom right:

From desktop, find the Help and support icon at bottom left of your navigation panel:

Email support

Reach US support at: helpdesk@famly.co. This will similarly be triaged with our dedicated Customer Support team.

Phone support

Contact US Customer Support at: (202) 571-8940. If a team member is available for immediate response, your call will be answered immediately.
