What is the Famly Usage Report?

The Famly Usage Report helps you keep track of who is actively using Famly and who might be missing out. It shows you which parents and staff members have been logging in, and highlights if there are any issues with email addresses.

Where to find the Famly Usage Report

To see your Famly usage report:

  • Click on Reports in your sidebar

  • Next, head to All reports

  • From here, filter for Daily logging, or scroll down to find Famly usage

What the Famly Usage Report Shows

Parents

At the top of the report, you will see an overview of parent activity. Each box shows you how many parents are active or inactive:

  • Active means they have logged in within the last 30 days

  • Inactive means they have not logged in within the last 30 days

  • Wrong email means Famly was unable to deliver emails to that address

You can click on each box to see more details about the parents included there. For example, in the Children with inactive parents section, you'll see a list of children whose parents have not logged into Famly for the last 30 days:

Employees

The bottom section of the report works in the same way, but for your staff members. In the Employees section, you can see:

  • How many staff members have used Famly within the past 30 days

  • How many staff members have an active login to Famly

  • How many employees have a Famly login, but are not using it, and

  • If any staff members have an incorrect email
