When your child leaves and is withdrawn from their setting, you can still access their profile, learning records, and tagged photos in Famly. This way, you can keep all their memories and development history in one place.

How to find your child's profile

As long as your login has not been revoked by the setting, you will continue to have access to your child's profile:

  1. Log in to Famly as normal

  2. Tap on your profile menu at the bottom (or in your sidebar if you're using Famly on a desktop)

  3. Select Graduated children

From here, you can see your child's profile, including their observations, assessments, tagged photos, and your final fees balance by tapping on More.

Viewing and downloading photos

You can still see photos of your child after they leave:

  • Tagged photos: Go to your child's profile, open the Activity tab, and scroll down to the photos section on the left.

  • Photos in observations: Go to the Journey tab. These appear alongside the observations.

To download your child's Journey:

  1. Go to your child's profile and open the Journey tab

  2. Click Print, then select Print all

  3. Choose a date range for the observations you want to download

  4. In the print preview, change the Destination to Save as PDF

  5. Click Save to download a copy to your device

💡 Some settings may not allow parents to download the Journey directly. If you do not see the Print option, contact your child's setting, and they can send you a copy.

Access to the News feed

Once your child leaves a setting, you will no longer see new posts on that setting's News feed.

If your child has a sibling who still attends, you will continue to see the News feed as long as you are assigned the Parent role for the sibling.
