How to make a Price Change
Good news! You do not need to make new packages, sessions or feess if your prices are changing. In Famly, you can schedule a price change within your existing packages, sessions or fees and set the change to happen on a specific day. To do so, follow the steps below:
First access your Pricing structure via Settings → Finances → Pricing
Select the Session, Fee or Package you would like to adjust
Click on the 3 black bars in the top left corner of your selection to open the session history (if it's not already open)
Select Schedule change before changing the prices
Select a start date from which you would like the changes to come into effect
Please note, this date cannot be changed once saved.
Enter the new pricing and settings for your pricing group(s)
Click the Schedule change button when you're ready
