Getting Started

The Help Center

To access the in-app Help Center:

  • Go to your Account button (bottom right icon on mobile) and see this menu:

  • Select Help Center, and you will be directed to the US Help Center:

Email Support

Support hours: 9am - 5pm ET

We have a team of Customer Advisors who manage all incoming queries on a daily basis. If you have a question, or if something’s not working correctly with your app - our team is here to help.
