Welcome aboard. Once you have completed onboarding, your Copilot already knows a little about your voice and your audience. The next step takes about a minute, and it unlocks everything else.
1. Connect your social accounts
Head to the Integrations page and connect at least one platform where your audience lives. You can connect Instagram, X, Twitch and Discord.
Connections are one click and read only by default, so there are no passwords to share and your data stays private to your workspace.
2. Setup a DM
Once an account is connected, you can go ahead a setup a first automation. FanBase offers a wide range of tasks you can automate or delegate to your Copilot, most users start with setting up a DM automation.
DM automations turn comments, story replies and mentions into direct messages, automatically. For example, when someone comments on your post, Copilot can send them a DM with a link or a warm welcome, even while you are offline.

3. Activate Copilot Scanner
If enabled Scanner reviews your connected socials on a schedule you choose, hourly or daily, and surfaces ready to use recommendations in your Activity tab. Think replies to comments, suggested DMs, post ideas and more. You stay in control: Copilot suggests, you approve and publish.
