The Copilot Scanner is your always on assistant for staying engaged. Once your socials are connected, it reviews your community on a schedule and tells you exactly what is worth acting on, so you never have to wonder what to post or who to reply to.
What you get
Every scan adds fresh recommendations to your Activity tab, such as:
Suggested replies to comments and mentions
Post ideas tailored to your audience and trending topics
Poll suggestions to spark engagement
Insights on the mood and sentiment across your channels
Nothing goes out without you. Copilot prepares the work, you decide what get posted.
Turning it on and setting the frequency
The Scanner card sits at the top of your Activity tab. Open its menu (the three dots) to switch it on and choose how often it runs (hourly, daily or weekly).
The card always shows how many platforms are being scanned, when the next scan is due, and when the last one ran.
Working through your recommendations
Your Activity tab is organised into three simple tabs:
Pending - new recommendations waiting for your review
Scheduled - items you have approved and queued to publish
Published - everything that has already gone out
For anything pending, you can approve it, edit it first, schedule it, or reject it. Connect more platforms to give the Scanner more to work with and richer recommendations.
