Filter by keywords
Not every comment needs a DM. This step lets you decide exactly which comments trigger one.
All comments — anyone who comments gets a DM.
Only comments with specific keywords — a DM is sent only when the comment contains a word you have chosen, for example a campaign word like "link" or "guide".
Case sensitive — off by default, so "LINK" and "link" both match. Turn it on only if capitalisation truly matters.

Also reply to the comment
Also reply to the comment
As well as the private DM, you can post a public reply under the comment, so others see you are engaged and the commenter knows to check their messages. You can write the public reply yourself (the same reply every time) or let AI Copilot write a short reply that fits the comment.
Keep it short and warm, and hint that a DM is on its way, for example "Sent you a DM, check your inbox". It nudges the commenter to open your message and shows everyone else that engaging gets a response.
Limit to specific cohorts
Limit to specific cohorts
By default everyone who comments receives a DM. Turn this on to message only fans at or above a chosen tier. Copilot scores each follower on how engaged they are and groups them, from least to most engaged:
Newcomer
Supporter
Enthusiast
Advocate
Champion
Legend
For example, choosing Advocate skips newcomers and casual followers, so only your more invested fans get the message. Leave this off for broad campaigns where you want maximum reach, and turn it on when a message is meant for your inner circle, such as early access or a thank you to loyal supporters.
Tip - Keep your keyword simple and ask for it clearly in your post, for example "comment the word below and I will send it over". The clearer the instruction, the more comments will match.
