What is the Fanmiles Wallet?
The Fanmiles Wallet is your tool to connect with the loyalty programs of the brands you like, in order to collect and redeem #Fanmiles, all in one place.
How do I get the Fanmiles Wallet?
Your Fanmiles Wallet is essentially your Fanmiles app. It is with you everywhere so that you can collect and redeem from anywhere.
What kind of data do you need for my Account?
Every user needs to provide an email address, and is given a username and fan card number. You can find the fan card number, along with the fan card, in your app.
Where can I find my account data in my Fanmiles Wallet?
To see your account data, simply click your profile picture in the top right-hand corner. By clicking on Fan Account, you will be able to see all of your personal data.
Where can I find my account data in the app?
You can find your username by clicking on "account". The @ symbol indicates your username. To find your email address, simply click on the gear wheel, followed by "profile".

Where can I find my Fanmiles ID in the app?
You can find your Fanmiles ID by clicking on the Fanmiles Icon in the buttom navigation bar. The 16-digit number is your Fanmiles ID. Click here to find out how to collect #Fanmiles with your Fanmiles ID.
I would like to add a profile picture to my account.
If you connect your Fanmiles Account with your Facebook Account, your profile picture will automatically be changed.
I want to change my username.
Unfortunately, you are unable to change your username.
I want to change my email address.
You can always change your email address by logging into your account. You simply have to confirm your new email address once.
I would like to receive the Fanmiles Newsletter.
How do I know how many #Fanmiles I have?
If you are logged in to your account, you will be able to see the amount of #Fanmiles you have by checking the top bar next to the Fanmiles icon.
I would like to see my account transactions.
An overview of your account transactions can only be found in the app. We're working towards making it available on the website as well.
