At Winbance, we support integration with the Quantower platform through the Rithmic data feed, providing you with a robust trading experience. Follow the steps below to set up your connection.
🛠 Step 1: Download and Install Quantower
Download Quantower: Visit the Quantower website and download the latest version of the platform.
Install Quantower: Run the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
🔐 Step 2: Sign Required Rithmic Agreements
Before connecting, ensure you've signed the necessary Rithmic agreements:
Access Rithmic Agreements: Navigate to the Rithmic Agreements page provided by your broker or platform provider.
Sign In: Use your Rithmic credentials (provided by Winbance) to log in.
Complete Agreements: Review and accept the "Market Data Subscription Agreement" and "Market Data Self-Certification".
Note: Ensure that your credentials are entered exactly as provided, as they are case-sensitive.
🔗 Step 3: Connect Quantower to Rithmic
Launch Quantower: Open the Quantower application on your computer.
Open Connections Manager: Navigate to the "Connections" section within Quantower.
Add New Connection:
Click on "Add Connection".
Select "Rithmic" from the list of available connections.
Configure Connection Settings:
Login: Enter your Rithmic username.
Password: Enter your Rithmic password.
Server: Choose the appropriate server:
Rithmic Paper Chicago
Optional: To avoid additional market data fees, enable the "Use RTrader" option. This requires RTrader Pro to be installed and running on your system.
Connect: Click "Connect" to establish the connection.
📊 Step 4: Configure Your Workspace
Select Workspace Template: Choose a pre-built template suitable for futures trading or create a custom layout.
Add Widgets:
Click on the "+" icon to add panels such as charts, DOM (Depth of Market), order entry, and more.
Arrange Panels: Customize the layout by dragging and dropping panels to suit your trading preferences.
📈 Step 5: Start Trading
Open a Chart:
Click on the "+" icon and select "Chart".
Choose the instrument you wish to trade.
Place Orders:
Use the chart or DOM panel to place market, limit, or stop orders.
Monitor your positions and manage orders through the "Positions & Orders" panel.
📝 Additional Notes
RTrader Pro: If you enabled the "Use RTrader" option, ensure that RTrader Pro is installed and running during your trading session.
Market by Order (MBO) Data: To view MBO data:
Open the DOM Trader panel.
Access settings and enable the "Market by Order (MBO)" option.
