Why Are My Trade Requests Being Rejected?

Updated over 2 months ago

If you attempt to place a trade and it is not accepted, and you see a rejection message labeled with “RMS”, this usually indicates that your account has been suspended due to a rule violation.

RMS stands for Risk Management System, which automatically restricts trading activity when any key rule (such as Drawdown, Daily Loss Limit, or Consistency) is breached.

⚠️ What Should You Do?

If you believe the rejection was caused by a technical issue and not a rule violation, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact our support team immediately using:

    • Live Chat (fastest method)

    • Help Ticket from inside your Winbance dashboard

  2. Avoid using email for urgent cases, as response times via email can take up to 48 hours.

📌 Tip:
Always review your recent trades and rule status inside your dashboard before contacting support. This can help you confirm whether the rejection was due to system rules or technical issues.
