If your Challenge account violates any of the applicable trading rules, your account will automatically become ineligible and your Challenge will be terminated.
The specific rules depend on your account type.
For example, violations may include:
Exceeding the Daily Loss Limit (Challenge EDGE only)
Breaching the applicable Drawdown limit
Violating the Consistency Rule (Challenge EDGE only)
Breaking any other Challenge trading rule or policy
Once a rule has been violated, the Challenge cannot continue or be qualified.
Will I Receive a Notification?
Yes.
When a violation is detected, your account status will be updated in your Winbance Dashboard, and you will receive an email explaining the reason for the account termination.
Can I Continue Trading After a Violation?
No.
Once your account has violated a Challenge rule, it is no longer eligible for qualification, even if trading access remains temporarily available due to synchronization or technical delays.
If necessary, our Risk Team will perform a final review before approving any Qualification Request.
Any rule violation identified during this review will result in the Challenge being rejected.
Can I Reactivate My Challenge?
Challenge accounts cannot be reset or reactivated.
If you wish to continue your trading journey, you can purchase a new Challenge EDGE or Challenge FLEX account directly from your Winbance Dashboard.
Eligible traders may also receive exclusive discount codes that can be applied toward the purchase of a new Challenge account.

Your Dashboard provides real-time information about your account status, helping you manage risk and avoid accidental rule violations.
Note: A Challenge account that has violated the trading rules cannot be restored. To start again, simply purchase a new Challenge through your Dashboard. If available, you may use any promotional or loyalty discount code displayed on your account during checkout.
