Log in to your Winbance dashboard
Click on the “Reward Claim” icon
This option will only be available if your account is eligible to request a claim
Enter the Account ID (note: this is not your User ID)
Specify the amount you’d like to claim
Select your preferred payout method (e.g., USDT, Binance Pay, Bank Transfer, Risework)
Provide your payment details for the selected method
Click the submit button to confirm your request
📧 What Happens Next?
A confirmation email will be sent within minutes, notifying you that your reward claim is under review
The review process takes up to 24 hours
Once approved, you’ll receive a second email confirming your reward has been sent
If the request is not approved, you’ll receive an email with the reason
