You can request to claim your trading reward directly from your Winbance dashboard. The process is simple and available once your account becomes eligible.
Steps to Claim Your Reward:
Log in to your Winbance dashboard
Click on the “Reward Claim” icon
This option will only appear if your account is eligible
Enter the Account ID (this is not your User ID)
Specify the amount you would like to claim
Select your preferred payout method (e.g., USDT, USDC, Binance Pay, Bank Transfer)
Provide the required payment details
Click Submit to confirm your request
What Happens Next?
A confirmation email will be sent within minutes indicating that your reward claim is under review
Reward claims are processed with Instant Payouts, typically within up to 60 minutes
Once approved and sent, you will receive a second email confirming the payout
If a request is not approved, you will receive an email explaining the reason
