How Can I Request to Claim a Reward?

You can request to claim your trading reward directly from your Winbance dashboard. The process is simple and available once your account becomes eligible.


🧾 Steps to Claim Your Reward:

  1. Log in to your Winbance dashboard

  2. Click on the “Reward Claim” icon

  3. This option will only be available if your account is eligible to request a claim

  4. Enter the Account ID (note: this is not your User ID)

  5. Specify the amount you’d like to claim

  6. Select your preferred payout method (e.g., USDT, Binance Pay, Bank Transfer, Risework)

  7. Provide your payment details for the selected method

  8. Click the submit button to confirm your request


📧 What Happens Next?

  • A confirmation email will be sent within minutes, notifying you that your reward claim is under review

  • The review process takes up to 24 hours

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a second email confirming your reward has been sent

  • If the request is not approved, you’ll receive an email with the reason


📌 Tip: Always verify that the account ID and payment information are correct before submitting your request.
