If your LiveX Funded Account, Direct Pass, or Direct Pass Freedom account is eligible for rewards, you can submit your payout request directly from your Winbance Dashboard.
The entire process is completed online and allows you to track your payout in real time.
Step 1 – Open the Reward Portal
Log in to your Winbance Dashboard and navigate to:
Rewards → Payout → Request Payout
Step 2 – Complete Your Request
Fill out the payout form by providing the following information:
Select your eligible LiveX, Direct Pass, or Direct Pass Freedom account.
Enter the reward amount you wish to request.
Choose your preferred payout method.
Provide the required payment details.
Review any applicable processing fees before submitting.
Step 3 – Submit Your Request
Once you’ve reviewed your information, submit your payout request.
Your request will immediately appear in the Payout Tracking section of your Dashboard.
Track Your Payout
To monitor your request, go to:
Rewards → Payout → Tracking
Your payout will progress through the following stages:
Pending – Your request has been successfully submitted.
Validated – Your request has passed the verification process.
Paid – Your reward has been successfully processed.
Rejected – If your request does not meet the payout requirements, the rejection reason will be displayed in your Dashboard.
Reward Confirmation
When your payout has been approved and processed, you’ll receive:
A confirmation email.
Your official Reward Certificate (PDF) confirming the completed payout.
Important
Before submitting a reward request, make sure:
Your account is eligible for rewards.
All payout requirements have been met.
Your payment information is accurate.
You have selected your preferred payout method.
Note: Reward requests are available for LiveX Funded Accounts, Direct Pass, and Direct Pass Freedom accounts. All requests and their status can be managed directly from your Winbance Dashboard through the Rewards section.
