To submit a reward claim in any active trading account, certain eligibility criteria must be met. These requirements help ensure consistent performance and compliance with Winbance rules.

  • LiveX Account

  1. Safety Zone Requirement
    You must first reach your account’s required Safety Zone — a performance threshold that must remain untouched to claim a reward.

    • For Simulator and LiveX, the Safety Zone equals the profit target from the challenge account you passed.

    • For Direct Pass, the Safety Zone is based on the account type and remains constant.

  2. Rule Compliance
    You must continue to respect the core rules of the account you're trading, including:

    • Connection Rule

    • Daily Loss Limit

    • Drawdown (EOD) Rule

    In Simulator and LiveX accounts, these limits match the original challenge account's rules.
    In Direct Pass accounts, the rules remain unchanged from the original account setup.
