What Is the Minimum and Maximum Limit for a Reward Claim?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

At Winbance, reward claim limits are designed to be simple and consistent across account types. The minimum reward claim amount is now unified, while maximum limits depend on the account model.

Minimum Reward Claim Limits

All Account Types (Unified Rule)

For all Winbance accounts, including:

  • Direct Pass

  • LiveX

  • Simulator (SIM)

Minimum reward claim: $125

Reward claims can only be submitted after reaching the Safety Zone applicable to your account.

Direct Pass Accounts

Minimum Claim

  • $125 minimum, regardless of account size

  • You must request only the amount exceeding the Safety Zone

Example:

  • Direct Pass $10,000

  • Safety Zone: $700

  • Account balance: $825

  • Eligible claim: $125

First Withdrawal Rule:

  • The first reward claim follows the 50% trader / 50% Winbance split

  • The entire eligible amount above the Safety Zone must be claimed (partial claims are not allowed on the first withdrawal)

LiveX SIM Accounts – Maximum Limits

LiveX SIM accounts have maximum reward limits, as they are simulated accounts intended for learning and progression.

Once the maximum is reached, the account is closed.

Account Size

Maximum Claim Amount

$15,000

$1,000

$50,000

$2,000

$100,000

No withdrawals

$150,000

No withdrawals

Like all accounts, claims are only available after reaching the Safety Zone.

Maximum Reward Claim Limit

  • Direct Pass & LiveX (Real / Funded Models):

    • No maximum limit

    • You may withdraw the full eligible balance once all rules are met

  • LiveX SIM Accounts:

    • Maximum limits apply as listed above

Important Notes

  • The $125 minimum reward claim applies to all account types

  • Safety Zone must always be respected

  • Maximum limits apply only to LiveX SIM accounts

  • Direct Pass accounts have no maximum withdrawal limit

  • This minimum withdrawal only applies to accounts purchased after January 12, 2026.
