Once you submit a reward claim request from your dashboard, it goes through a three-stage process to ensure eligibility, accuracy, and secure delivery.
🧾 Stage 1: Review
A confirmation email is sent to you within minutes of submitting your request.
Your account is placed under review for up to 24 hours.
During this time, we verify:
That your claim amount is available
That your account is eligible and compliant with all rules
💸 Stage 2: Transfer
If the claim is approved, a second email is sent confirming your reward is being processed.
The transfer may take between 48 hours and 5 business days, depending on the selected method (e.g., cryptocurrency, bank transfer, Risework).
📄 Stage 3: Completion Certificate
Once the reward is successfully sent and confirmed in our system, you’ll receive a final email.
This includes your Reward Certificate and confirmation that the claim was successfully completed.
📌 Note: If your claim is not approved, you’ll also be notified by email with the reason and guidance for resubmission.
