Once you submit a reward claim request from your Winbance dashboard, it follows a streamlined three-stage process designed to ensure accuracy, compliance, and fast delivery.
🧾 Stage 1: Review (Instant)
A confirmation email is sent within minutes after submitting your request.
Your account enters an instant review process to verify:
The requested reward amount is available
Your account fully complies with all trading and risk rules
⏱️ Review time:
Most reward claims are reviewed instantly
In some cases, additional checks may be required, but the full process remains fast
Stage 2: Transfer (Instant Payouts)
Once approved, your reward moves immediately to the sending phase
For most payout methods, the full process (review → sending → completion) is completed within 60 minutes
Important Bank Transfer Note:
For bank transfers, Winbance will mark the payout as Completed once it has been successfully sent
However, the funds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank
You will receive:
A confirmation email from Winbance
A tracking link and bank transfer ID (when applicable)
Stage 3: Completion Certificate
After the reward is successfully processed, you will receive a final email
This email includes:
Your Digital Reward Certificate
Official confirmation that the reward claim is completed
Withdrawal Method Fees & Commissions
The following fees may apply to the trader’s payout amount, depending on the selected method:
Wise:
Winbance fee: 0%
Note: Wise may apply its own fees on amounts above $500 (charged by Wise, not Winbance)
Binance Pay:
2.5% of the withdrawal amount
Crypto Wallet (USDT BEP-20 / USDC - BEP-20):
2.5% of the withdrawal amount
Includes blockchain network and processing costs
Bank Transfer:
2% of the withdrawal amount
Fees are related to banking and transfer processing
These commissions cover payment processing, banking fees, or crypto transaction costs required to deliver the payout.
Important Notes
Instant Payouts apply to all reward claim stages
Bank transfers may reflect later in your account, even if marked completed
If a reward claim is not approved, you will receive an email explaining the reason and next steps
