Once you submit a reward request through your Winbance Dashboard, your request goes through a secure verification and payment process.
You can monitor every stage directly from the Rewards → Payout → Tracking section of your Dashboard.
Stage 1 – Pending Review
Immediately after submitting your request, its status will change to Pending.
During this stage, our team verifies:
Your account is eligible for rewards.
Your requested amount is available.
All applicable trading rules have been met.
Your payout information is correct.
If additional verification is required, our team may contact you before processing your reward.
Stage 2 – Validated
Once your request has been successfully verified, its status changes to Validated.
At this stage, your reward has been approved and is prepared for payment using your selected payout method.
Stage 3 – Paid
After your payment has been processed, the request status changes to Paid.
You’ll receive:
A payment confirmation email.
Your official Reward Certificate (PDF).
Transaction details for your selected payout method, when available.
For Bank Transfers, the payout may take up to 5 business days to appear in your bank account after it has been marked as Paid, depending on your financial institution.

* Wise does not charge a Winbance processing fee. However, Wise may apply its own service fees depending on the transaction amount and destination.
Can I Track My Reward?
Yes.
Every reward request can be tracked in real time through:
Rewards → Payout → Tracking
Possible statuses include:
Pending – Your request has been submitted and is under review.
Validated – Your request has been approved and is awaiting payment.
Paid – Your reward has been successfully processed.
Rejected – Your request could not be approved. The reason for the rejection will be displayed in your Dashboard.

Before submitting a reward request, make sure:
Your account is eligible for rewards.
You meet all payout requirements.
Your payment information is accurate.
You have reviewed the applicable processing fees for your selected payment method.
Note: Most reward requests are processed quickly after successful verification. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payout method and any additional compliance or security reviews that may be required.
