Do I Need to Complete KYC Before Requesting a Reward?

Yes.

To protect both traders and the integrity of the Winbance platform, Identity Verification (KYC) is required before you can submit your first reward request.


When Do I Complete KYC?

KYC is completed only once.

If your identity has not yet been verified, the Reward Request Portal will remain locked in your Winbance Dashboard.

Before you can submit a reward request, you’ll be asked to complete the KYC verification process.


What Happens After My KYC Is Approved?

Once your identity has been successfully verified:

  • The Reward Request Portal will automatically become available.

  • You’ll be able to submit reward requests whenever your account becomes eligible.

  • You won’t need to complete KYC again unless additional verification is required for compliance purposes.


Which Accounts Require KYC?

Identity Verification is required for reward requests from:

  • ✅ LiveX Funded Accounts

  • ✅ Direct Pass

  • ✅ Direct Pass Freedom


Important

For security and regulatory compliance, reward requests cannot be submitted until your KYC verification has been successfully completed.

Note: If the Request Payout option is not available in your Dashboard, first check whether your KYC verification has been completed. Once approved, the Reward Request Portal will automatically be unlocked, allowing you to submit eligible reward requests.
