A refund is approved only if all of the following conditions are met:

  2. You did not accept the terms and conditions on the Rithmic platform,

  3. You submitted the refund request within 24 hours of the purchase.


❌ When Is a Refund Not Approved?

Your refund request will be rejected if:

  • You agreed to the terms and conditions on Rithmic — even if within 24 hours

  • You did not agree, but more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase
