The timing for reward requests depends on the type of funded account you have.
Winbance offers different reward schedules for LiveX Funded Accounts and Direct Pass programs.
LiveX Funded Accounts
Your reward schedule is determined by the Reward Performance Plan you selected during account activation.
Weekly Reward Plan
If you selected the Weekly Reward Plan (60% Profit Share), you may submit one reward request every Friday.
Reward requests must be submitted after the market closes on Friday.
Biweekly Reward Plan
If you selected the Biweekly Reward Plan (80% Profit Share), you may submit one reward request every two weeks, on Friday after the market closes.
This option allows traders to receive a higher profit share in exchange for a longer reward cycle.
Direct Pass & Direct Pass Freedom
Unlike LiveX accounts, Direct Pass and Direct Pass Freedom do not have fixed payout dates.
Once your account becomes eligible and meets all payout requirements, you may submit a reward request at any time through your Winbance Dashboard.
There is no need to wait for a specific day of the week.
Before Requesting a Reward
Before submitting any reward request, make sure that:
Your account is eligible for rewards.
You have satisfied the required Safety Net.
You meet all applicable trading rules.
Your KYC verification has been completed.
You comply with the applicable payout limits.
Note: LiveX Funded Accounts follow either a Weekly or Biweekly Reward Performance Plan, with reward requests submitted on Fridays after the market closes. Direct Pass and Direct Pass Freedom accounts may request rewards at any time once all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
