Can I Reset a Direct Pass Account?

No.

Winbance does not offer resets for Direct Pass or Direct Pass Freedom accounts.

If your account is terminated due to a rule violation, inactivity, or any other breach of the trading policies, it cannot be restored or reactivated.


What Happens If My Account Is Closed?

If your Direct Pass account is no longer active, you can purchase a new Direct Pass or Direct Pass Freedom account at any time directly from your Winbance Dashboard.

Starting a new account gives you a fresh trading environment with a new account balance and a new evaluation period under the latest program rules.


Are Discount Codes Available?

Yes.

Eligible traders may receive exclusive discount codes that can be applied toward the purchase of a new Direct Pass or Direct Pass Freedom account.

When available, these promotional or loyalty discounts will appear directly in your Winbance Dashboard during checkout.


Important

To keep your Direct Pass account active, always comply with the trading rules applicable to your account type, including:

  • Daily Loss Limit (Direct Pass only)

  • End-of-Day (EOD) Drawdown

  • Safety Zone requirements

  • Consistency Rule (Direct Pass only)

  • All Winbance Trading Policies

Note: Direct Pass and Direct Pass Freedom accounts cannot be reset or restored after a rule violation. If you wish to continue trading, simply purchase a new account through your Dashboard. If eligible, you may apply any available discount code during checkout.
