Overview

A notification is sent by either SMS or email when your device's battery is low. We recommend checking your battery when you receive this notification message, as it may need replacing.

The link in the notification message takes you to the Device Details page. This displays your 🔋battery performance over time.

If your battery levels remain low, we will send you a reminder notification every few days so that you can keep an eye on it.

What to do if your battery has depleted

If your battery is consistently equal to or below 3.55V - please contact Customer Support to order a replacement battery via service@farmbot.com.au or 02 9901 4798.
