Our satellite network partner is currently carrying out emergency maintenance. This may temporarily impact communication between some Satellite Duplex monitors with a "SKY" serial number.
What may be affected?
During this maintenance window, you may notice:
Satellite Duplex Monitors responding slowly
Delayed or missing updates
Pump control commands (start/stop) not being received or actioned
How long will this last?
The maintenance is expected to last approximately 4 hours.
What should I do?
No action is required at this time. If you rely on automated pump control, we recommend monitoring pumps manually during the maintenance window where possible.
