Resolved - 3:45pm 15th December 2025

Emergency maintenance carried out by our satellite network partner has now been completed and services have been restored.

Monitor responses and status updates should now be operating normally, and pump control commands (start/stop) are being received as expected.

If you continue to experience any issues, please contact the Farmbot Support team for assistance.

What’s happening?

Our satellite network partner is currently carrying out emergency maintenance. This may temporarily impact communication between some Satellite Duplex monitors with a "SKY" serial number.

What may be affected?

During this maintenance window, you may notice:

  • Satellite Duplex Monitors responding slowly

  • Delayed or missing updates

  • Pump control commands (start/stop) not being received or actioned

How long will this last?

The maintenance is expected to last approximately 4 hours.

What should I do?

No action is required at this time. If you rely on automated pump control, we recommend monitoring pumps manually during the maintenance window where possible.

Are you monitoring the situation?

Yes. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working closely with our satellite network partner. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

When will I know it’s resolved?

We’ll update our status page and notify impacted customers once normal service has been restored.

If you have any concerns or need assistance during this time, please contact the Farmbot Support team.
