We’re currently experiencing a partial outage with one of our Satellite providers. Our team is currently working with them to restore services as quickly as possible.
Details of the outage
Some Duplex Satellite Monitors are experiencing delays, this will be impacting some Farmbot Monitors, Pump Control and Farmbot Still Image Camera's.
What is a Duplex Satellite Monitor?
These Satellite devices have a unique serial number including the letters SKY. For example, 01984551SKY7300. You can check your device serial number in your devices list or in the "about" tab on your tank settings.
What we're doing
Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working closely with our satellite network partner. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
What you can do
Log into MyFarmbot and check the Monitors that are showing a "Delay" status badge, these devices may be impacted and will need to be monitored closely.
