Getting your devices to remember your Username and Password

Learn how to save your Username and Password to your smartphone or desktop to provide faster access to the MyFarmbot.

Software Options

✍️ Note: The MyFarmbot platform is not supported on Internet Explorer. We recommend using the Chrome browser for the best experience.

Apple iPhone

For the best possible experience, please ensure that your phone/tablet is set up to remember your passwords.

1. Go to your phone's settings and tap on "Passwords".

2. Ensure that ‘AutoFill Passwords’ is switched ON.

3. Go to your browser and enter the URL that applies to you:

Then enter your details and tap continue.

4. A pop-up should appear prompting you to save your password.


Android Phone (Google Chrome)

For the best possible experience, please ensure that your phone/tablet is set up to remember your passwords.

Your Android device's OS may look different depending on the manufacturer, so icons such as the "Menu" may either look like three dots OR three lines.

1. Go to your phone's settings and tap on "Passwords".

2. Ensure that ‘Auto Sign-in’ is switched ON.

3. Go to your browser and enter the URL that applies to you:

Then enter your details and tap continue.

4. A pop-up should appear prompting you to save your password.


PC (Google Chrome)

For the best possible experience, please ensure that your desktop is set up to remember your passwords.

1. In Google Chrome, click on the menu icon in the top right corner.

2. Click “Passwords” to open Password settings.

3. Ensure “Offer to save passwords” and “Auto Sign-in” are both switched on.

4. Go to your browser and enter the URL that applies to you:

Then enter your details and tap continue.

5. A pop-up should appear at the top of your screen prompting you to save your password, click “Save”.


PC (Microsoft Edge)

For the best possible experience, please ensure that your desktop is set up to remember your passwords.

1. In Microsoft Edge, click on the menu icon in the top right corner.

Mac (Safari)

For the best possible experience, please ensure that your desktop is set up to remember your passwords.

1. In Safari, click on “Preferences” within the menu bar.

3. Go to your browser and enter the URL that applies to you:

Then enter your details and tap continue.

4. A pop-up should appear asking you to save your password, click “Save Password”.
