Farmbot is in the process of moving to a new billing method. We will now support direct debit payments.

There will be a transition period as we move to the new payment method. You may receive an invoice through the old invoice method for any charges that have not been settled.

What do I need to do?

When you receive your next subscription invoice via email, follow the link and enter the appropriate bank details and authorise a Direct Debit.

Will I know how much I am going to be charged?

Yes, we will send you a reminder 30 days prior to your subscription renewal date. This allows you to change your payment details or to contact us with any questions before payment is collected.

How do I know that my payment details are secure?

Stripe is one of the world’s largest and most trusted payment processors. They exceed compliance standards and are trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Farmbot never sees or has access to customer payment data when it is entered through Stripe.
