If your monitor is showing a delay our first step in troubleshooting this issue is to do a monitor reset. Please see instructions on how to do this below;

1. Turn the monitor off

MK6 Switch Position

2. Ensure the probe is connected properly by checking that all pins are aligned and a ‘click’ is felt when connected

3. Check that the solar panel is facing north and is receiving optimal sunlight, be sure to check there aren't any trees/infrastructure shading the panel. Ensure the solar panel is free from any dust/dirt and wipe down if needed.

4. Turn the monitor back on

Your monitor should show online within one hour of being reset. If it does not show online or if you notice any irregularities after the reset please contact customer service.
