After speaking with customer service if you have been requested to reconnect your probe please follow the steps below;
1. Turn the monitor off (please see image attached on where to locate the on/off switch)

2. Disconnect the probe from the monitor
3. Reconnect the probe ensuring the grooves and pins are aligned and a click is felt once connected
5. Turn the monitor back on
This should work to bring the monitor online and it should be visible on your dashboard within one hour of being turned back on.
If after this time the monitor still isn’t showing on your dashboard or is showing with an error, please contact customer service on 02 9901 4798 or service@farmbot.com.au for further assessment.
