Overview
Once you have invited a team member, they will receive an email to join your team. They have 7 days to accept the invitation before it expires. You will need to re-invite them to the team after this expires.
If they cannot find the email (even in their spam email folder), you can simply resend the email to them.
How to resend an invitation to the same email
Click into the Team Member's list in Settings
Select the pending team member
3. Click 'Resend Invitation'
How to resend an invitation to a new email
If you have accidentally sent the invitation to the wrong email ⬇️
Remove the incorrect pending user
2. Confirm you want to remove that person. This will mean the invitation link sent will no longer work.
